The 49ers have cut their roster down to 53 and built a 14-player practice squad. On Thursday morning general manager John Lynch and assistant general manager Adam Peters discussed the construction of the roster.
Opening Comments:
General manager John Lynch: “Alright, we’ll get this going. I’m happy to have Adam up here. Adam’s been with us since year one in our tenure here and he’s been a real valuable member of our organization and our staff and it’s good to have him up here with me as we talk about our 53. Obviously, the last few days, I haven’t been there myself as a player for a number of years.
